We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for all new subscriptions. If you're not satisfied with our service within the first 30 days of your subscription, you may request a full refund.

Conditions for 30-day refund:

  • Request must be made within 30 days of initial subscription
  • Applies to first-time subscribers only
  • Account must not have violated our Terms of Service

3. Pro-Rated Refunds

In certain circumstances, we may offer pro-rated refunds:

  • Service interruptions lasting more than 24 hours due to our technical issues
  • Billing errors or duplicate charges
  • Downgrade requests (refund of the difference for unused time)
  • Account termination due to our error

4. Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds:

  • Setup or customization fees for enterprise accounts

  • Accounts terminated for Terms of Service violations

Processing Time

Once approved, refunds are processed within 5-10 business days. The refund will appear on your original payment method. If you paid by credit card, it may take 1-2 additional billing cycles to appear on your statement.

6. Subscription Cancellation

  • Cancellation stops future billing but doesn't automatically trigger a refund
  • You retain access to paid features until the end of your billing period
  • Data export tools are available for 30 days after cancellation
  • Account data is permanently deleted after 90 days unless reactivated
