5. Privacy and Guest Uploads

When guests upload photos through your QR codes, you are responsible for ensuring they have appropriate permissions to share those photos. We provide moderation tools, but ultimate responsibility lies with the account holder.

Subscription fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable except as required by law
You may cancel your subscription at any time
Price changes will be communicated with 30 days notice
Failed payments may result in service suspension

7. Service Availability

While we strive for 99.9% uptime, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance, updates, or experience technical issues that temporarily affect service availability.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Knotpix shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately, and we may delete your content after a reasonable grace period.
